Seed dispersal
In Tawa we have been studying seeds. We have grown beans in cups and watched and recorded the changes. We are also growing sunflowers and avocados. This week we have been learning how seeds travel. We have been scientists, and collected different seeds that are dispersed in different ways. We have also done lots of drama pretending to float, fly, drop, burst and pop!

Maddi and Charlie's new addition of tyres to the playground
Today Nikau and Tawa have been app smashing. Maddi and Charlie have designed a new piece of playground equipment in the Drawing Pad App. They have then upload the photo to Explain Everything to record voice. They then shared their video with you on Blogger. Hope you enjoy!
